Welcome Back!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now back in Louisville and ready to train. I am working at Urban Active on Taylorsville Rd. in the evenings and will be training independently outside of that. I just want to remind you all that I am willing to travel to train and we can get a lot done with only a little bit (if any) of equipment. I also want to inform everyone that if personal training is not a possibility, but you still want to improve your fitness, then feel free to contact me and I can set you up a personal program with exercise video demonstrations. This way, you can still reach those goals on on your own time. Contact me at clcpersonaldevelopment@gmail.com for any questions you may have about program design or personal training.

Welcome

Welcome to CLC Personal Development. My name is Chance and I am a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist. I have been personal training for the past 4 years and have worked with people to improve general health, lose weight, and increase strength and muscular size. I have also worked with collegiate athletes of all sports at all levels, from Division 3 to Division 1. Being a former collegiate baseball player myself I understand the need to improve athletic performance in order to better performance on the field and love to help people do so. I not only enjoy working with athletes and seeing them improve performance but I also find joy in helping people reach goals, no matter what those goals may be.

I am on the verge of moving back to Louisville, KY and will start training upon my arrival. I will be working out of a gym in the Middletown area called Xtra Mile Fitness; located inside the Basketball Academy. Other than that I am always willing to travel around to do in-home training and what-not. I hope that I can start to help people reach their goals as soon as possible.

If you are interested in personal training, improving your athletic ability, or just need someone to work you out, then I hope to hear from you. I promise I can help you get to where you want to be.
